I use this cuticle oil every day, several times a day. I used to be so frustrated with my cuticles looking gross and dry, ruining the polished look that was still going strong. Since I began using the solar oil I've noticed a significant improvement and don't have as much a problem with my cuticles as I've had in the past. It's much easier for me to keep my nails looking great on my own. I've also been doing a lot of experimentation with different nail designs, acrylics, and gel nails, so this definitely helps to keep my nails moisturized as the somewhat frequent polish changes can dry them out. Lastly, the sweet almond oil makes it smell fantastic. I tried the oil that came in the GELISH mini kit and my skin & nails did not feel as nourished as with the Solar oil, nor did it smell as great.
